Terms and Conditions
You may pay by credit card through PayPal, this is one of the most secure on-line services available. We will also accept cheques (5-day clearance) bankers draft, postal orders, or cash by registered post.
Delivery Time scale;
We aim to despatch goods within 48 hours of cleared funds, excluding weekends, most orders are despatched the next working day. Normal delivery is by signed for parcel post, and takes 2 – 5 working days. Special or urgent orders are delivered by 24 hour (or next working day) courier depending on products ordered and delivery area. For custom built clubs, please allow 5-10 days.
Delivery Charges
All EEC & UK mainland orders are charged for shipping according to the size of box, a small box will be used for items such as grips, club head only, or certain apparel, a long box is used for shafts & complete built clubs (driver, fairway, wedges etc) so please select the size appropriate to your order from the drop down list at checkout. Complete sets of irons and bags may need a separate shipping charge quote depending on weight & destination, please e-mail us.
Warranty
We stand behind our products and workmanship. All clubs and components carry a one-year warranty to the original owner against workmanship and materials under normal playing conditions. Damages not covered include those not consistent with normal wear or defect, and/or deemed to have been caused by neglect or abuse. Warranty is void if club has been dented on or around the crown, or has been altered/repaired by anyone other than JR Golf. Any merchandise covered by the materials and workmanship warranty, will be replaced or repaired free of charge, or a credit as determined by JR Golf. Long drive equipment is not covered by this warranty. Any items returned for inspection must first have a return authorisation number, any goods received without a return number will be sent back unexamined. All goods returned should be sent to us with a signed for service to protect you.

Due to the fact that JR Golf builds clubs to customer specifications, non-defective equipment that has been used may not be returned.
Damaged on Arrival
If the product you ordered is defective or damaged in the shipping process email us through our contact page within 48 hours of receipt of your goods. JR golf will file a claim with the shipper on your behalf, all packaging materials MUST be retained for inspection by shipper ( failier to comply with this request may result in no compensation) If JR Golf is not notified within 48 hours of receipt or if the item/s have been used, damages not covered by the materials and workmanship warranty will be attributed to the customer's neglect or abuse.
Generally custom built clubs are not returnable, but it is sometimes possible to exchange standard stock for other items, with shipping at your expense, providing the following conditions are applied: -
2. The goods are returned in their unused new condition.
3. A returns authorisation number (RAN) is obtained prior to the return of the goods. This can be obtained by emailing sales@jrgolf.co.uk and quoting your name, address, invoice number and goods purchased. The definition of custom built clubs for the purpose of this web site are any clubs assembled to customer specifications using the drop down menu's (shaft, length, grip, hand etc). Returns may be made by contacting us to arrange a return authorisation number. All returns must be authorised by JR Golf and must include a return authorisation number. Returns on merchandise for reasons covered by the material and workmanship warranty will receive free repairs, replacement equipment, or full credit as determined by JR Golf. Returns on UNUSED non-defective merchandise made within 7 days will receive credit for the purchase price (excluding postage costs) minus a 20% re-stocking fee. Customers will be responsible for shipping charges incurred for returns of non-defective merchandise. Please contact customer service within 2 days of receipt for a return authorisation number.
